Default Time for a Rebuild....

Ok... now I have a couple questions.... I have a GSR with 6.5 PSI and 90k miles...

I want to rebuild my engine to handle about 15-18 PSI.....

What do you guys reccomend in terms of a rebuild?

(1) What pistons?
(2) What Rods
(3) Would I need Cams and a lot of head work? Or could I just suffice on a stock head?
(4) What shops in the South East are good at doing this?

*(5) If possible, could anyone list a setup they are running and the price they paid to do it?

THANKS!!

Yeah I think I have seen your car a time or two. I sall where u were looking to push around 15-18 and you wanted a nice 12 sec car. I would recommend

je Pistons Coated 9.1 Comp
Crower Rods or Eagle
Ge Sleeved Block depending on how much money you want to spend
Inlinepro Headgasket if you don't have the money to sleeve the block with a block guard.
Not sure of your EMS, but I would recommend Hondata
550 Injectors
Precision sc57 Turbo, not sure of your turbo and trim

I think that should be straight and good for around 300-350ish maybe more or less.
