Default Tial WG question. easy answer i am sure

How difficult is it to get the top off to check the spring? I need to figure out which spring i was sent, because i already got the wrong color.

OK maybe not so easy. I am struggling trying to get these off. Very tight.

It's very easy. I did it the other day. I'd remove it from the car and then put in on a table first. You need to push down on the top and then undo the bolts with the allen wrench. The spring is actually pushing against the top so it will create pressure on the bolts. Wash it off nicely and lube up the rubber inside it with some silicone spray while it's open.

I bet if you don't know what spring it is, it's probably the green one (0.5 bar)

Heres the problem i have a blue spring. but i cant tell if its the large spring or not? how tall is the large spring? small spring? diameter? how do i tell which on it is. it better not be the large. I cant have 1bar being my lowest setting. I will never have traction

I think the blue springs are .6 bar, = 8.7 PSI or so, basically 9.... They are color coded

where do you order new springs? and how do you tell which spring color and size is what?? thanks..i currently have a 8lbs spring im guessing cause my boost controllor is not hooked up and it gets to about 8psi on the boost guage..

I believe b18bturbo carries replacement TiAL wastegate springs.
