Default tial mvs line hookup?

I have a tial mvs wastegate and there is two vacuum Ports coming off the side of the wastegate, i was wondering where do i run the lines to? Do i run it to the nipple on the turbo compressor side or do i run it to the intake manifold? Do i use both fittings on the wastegate or just one. If i use one do i leave the other one open. Help please

Precisely. The ones for the water are marked "H20". The fake TiALs have it marked as well, but they are false ports.

Here's what they look like hooked up. Sorry for the fuzzy images.
