you should look into getting a DRAG or FMAX kit MINUS their fuel system. since your gonna be running 14-15 PSI I would get a standalone to manage your fuel (Hondata, Haltech, DFI etc).
You will also need Pistons, Rods, Head Bolts, and Sleeves. I would ask around about different kit qualities, see how well they are constructed.
I dont know if FMAX has a kit for the B18C5, they have one for the B18C1 though so maybe you can call them and see if it'll work. you might even want to look at Japanese Kits like Apexi, HKS, etc. try searching for their Japan sites and see what you can find.

You donīt need sleeves with that amount of boost. lower the CR with some JE pistons and a standalone + minimum 440cc injectors, fuel pump and the other things which was mentioned and you should be fine.
say AustrianITR, do you guys even have to get sleeves when going with aftermarket pistons? the reason ask is cause for H22's we HAVE to get it sleeved because the stock FRM liner and aftermarket pistons tend to not get along.
EDIT: with 15 PSI that's close to 350-375 HP isn't it? wouldn't he want to run at least 550cc's? I was wondering how you came up with 440cc, maybe that'll better explain it.
