Mine was pretty quiet when I had a turbo. It's a lot noisier now with a SC.

the thermal is pretty loud but you'll get use to it.

If I had to buy another exhaust, I'd definitely get another thermal 3". I idle at 1200 with no cat. It's really not that loud and it'll usually get that crackle type sound you hear on cammed V8's .

Under WOT on the dyno, it is actually alot quieter then an N/A car with an exhaust (that sound is just gross ) It's also about on the same level as any other exhaust in terms of loudness....but overall it's really not all that loud. If you want it even quieter, just use a cat and that'll tone it down more.

If you think that's loud, just run open-downpipe for about two days and then put the thermal 3" on and you'll think it's quiet as hell.

I don't have one of me driving the car just yet, but here what it sounds like at idle at least. Currently it's at 1200, but I'm going to drop it to around 1000 or so when the new turbo gets here.
