wat car do you drive, this shouldn't even be a factor in the installaion. i installed a zex kit in one of my firends cars(prelude) and i thought it wouldnt fit but i found a tight spot.

Re: Theres no way the management unit is gonna fit under my hood. (Quad-Damge)
I found a place to mount the thing finally, over by the battery. I think one of the reasons i was having trouble, was that my GSR is a 96 with a 97 B18C1 motor in it. The original motor was stolen out of it when the car had 13k miles on it. Im just thinkin that when the new motor was dropped in, some of the lines were ran in various different locations. But who knows...dont care anymore, i got it in there. Got the main Tank to Managment line ran, so tomorrow i will just plug the other **** in, and shove the ol nozzle into the intake and viola...instant horsepower.
I am gonna be running a 55shot for awhile, i am in the process of upgrading my fuel rail, injectors, fuel pump, pressure regulator and ignition.
With the 55 shot all i really gotta make sure of, is that my timeing is "0", just replaced the plugs, and changed the oil. I think thats it? I hope so anyway
Thanks for the replys guys, i really appreciate it.
Thats what i love about H-T already, there are so many people, you dont have to wait 2-3 days before you get a reply.
Thanks
Joel

96 and 97 should be all the same.
It shouldn't be that hard to find a place on the firewall to mount it.

Re: Theres no way the management unit is gonna fit under my hood. (intercooledJRSC)
yeah, i gotta check my timing. I didnt mean that the motors where different, or setup different, i was just thinking that some of the lines where ran in different locations on the firewall, because it wasnt put in at the factory. It was acura installed, but at an acura dealership...see what i mean...
At any rate, its mounted, all i have left is run the vacum lines, wire the arming switch and the TPS lead, then fill the bottle, and off we go!!
