Default is there a proper way to dyno a turbo auto honda?

inline pro shifted it from d1 to d2 and on d3 they mashed on the gas for a power pull. i think autothority just left it in 1st gear and did a pull to tune hondata. is there a proper way to dyno a turbo auto honda?

d3 for auto ONLY. d4 you lose power so keep it in d3. The reason why they did d1, d2, and finally d3 is because they want a bigger dyno graph from say 3K rpm to redline. I have dyno it both ways and I find that leaving it in d3 gives about 5 extra hp compared to manually shifting up to d3 but then your dyno graph will be starting from somewhere around 5K to redline so it's harder for you to tune low rpms. Never dyno it in d4 or you will get really low numbers. Automatic integras can stay up to 120 in d3 up to redline so if you ever try to race with it, leave it in d3 and once u start to get close to 110-120 then shift to d4. GL
