Not even that noticable. Go for it. Are you turbo? If so it defianetly isn't much louder. In fact... it will be less loud than an N/A car with a cat.

thats wierd... cuz my car is still pretty daym loud.. and i got a 2.5 inch exhaust (tanabe) and my cat still on...
Tanabe is loud as f*ck. I got Tanabe G-medallion, used it for like 2 months...got rid of it cuz I can't stand the noise...

I have Greddy EVO, no cat.... personally I think it's very quiet. I can hardly hear the noise whether cruising on freeway or local streets.
