Temperature rise!!

Temperature rise!!
What could cause my temp to go up. I have tried everything to cool the engine....fluidyne rad..mugen thermo and fan switch. My turbo is really close to my radiator. anyone else have this prob. i got a 1990 hatch wit a b16a drag turbo kit
