Today my friend received his Drag turbo kit and the installation started immediately! But we encountered a problem with the radiator fan and the turbo housing. The fan is touching turbo housing! Is this normal ?

Does the fan needs to be relocated? BTW the installation is being carried on a 95 spec JDM ITR.

you should have done reseach on the Drag kit before getting it...the answer to the question is, you will need to trim the fan shroud or get the slim fans from FAL ...

 

i just took a dremel to my stock fan, cut the housing but not the blade.

 

You can either trim the fan housing or you can put some pusher type fan and mound it in front of your radiator. This should help https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=2

 

Thanks for your help guys I thought that we installed something wrong. But it seems a common problem with the Drag Turbo kit.
