Default tech suport

hi,
i managed to complete my awd eg and started the engine and drove it for a little while.....BUT seems that i'm not capable to tune the ecu by my self,so any word of advice is welcome.
the main problem for me is that i built a low compression ratio engine and i have the standard distributor on.
mi config is>
b16a2 block bored to 81.5
b16a2 crank
ca18det rods
ca18det pistons machined to fit the 81.5 block
arp mains
new integra oil pump
b16a2 head
uprated double valve springs
gsr camshafts
arp head studs
adjustable cam gears
b18c6 flywheel
440cc or 780cc injectors
255l ext walbro
fuel pres reg
ramhorn exhaust many
evo VII twin scroll turbo
76mm turbo back
22 psi external wastegate
2.5 map sensor
lc1 wideband

the compression ratio is 8,15:1
what do i have to do??
i have turned the distributor max advance way but it seems not inough
i get full bust realy fast but not much power and eficiency thow the afr is around 14.7 idleing and going to 11 in boost....
i hope you have the time and pleasure to give a hand...
we don't have in romania qualified people to solve this kind of problems....
cheers

Do you have to advance the distributor fully to get the motor to TDC ?
Idle can be alittle bit leaner, 16's
