what kind of Tdo5 is this 49178-0520

Where could I find a equal length manifold for it for b18?
Is my wastegate broken if I cant move it by hand?

The 49178 only IDs it as a TD05. The Mitsu numbers I can look up have five digits after the hyphen - are you sure about the 0520?
I'm guessing 030321032 is a serial number.

I guess I don't have a full list of TD05 turbos...but Google does, and I googled for ya :
TD05H-16G-7cm2
Don't know if it's a small or large 16G.
Pumps close to same CFM as a Disco Potato.
Looks to be a common upgrade for DSM cars.
