takeing off my Manule boost controler can i jut put the vacume line that came off that back into the
as stated i took the controler off so now i have a line with a "T" in it so can i just run the line that went to the boost controler and plug it in to that "T"

if i am understanding you correctly no just plug the t and leave the wastegate vented to the air.
