My buddy got this turbo and cant use it since he has a t3-t4 manifold. I have a straight t4 manifold and was wondering what the characteristics of this turbo would be on a GSR motor with just stock head and low comp pistons and forged rods?

way to big of a turbine, you wont get a spool on that until you hit 1982368k rpm

 

whats the typical exhaust side wheel that I could use?

 

.70 is big but people are using that. try a .68. the smaller the wheel the sooner it spools. but too small it tops out at 6-7k rpm

 

hmmm i hit full boost around 6k with a gt4294 with 1.22a/r backside.
