T3/T04E - what compressor/turbine/trim to choose?
Hallo,
after searching a lot i'am quite sure to buy a T3/T04E or T3/60-1 Turbo because it is very cheap and after all i read it sould not be so much bad against a GT30 or GT28RS GT-Series turbo which is far more expensive or has anyone an other oppinion?
First question: Which is better sized for a B16A1 engine with a max. 400-470 WHP goal?
i think the 470 WHP is the absolute maximum and is only to have some reserves... i think something between 400-450 WHP is more realistic.
Second question: Which trim, AR and Turbine wheel (Stage 3 or Stage 5) would be better?
Whats also important, maybe it help choosing the right turbine housing and turbine wheel: i want a good spool up time, so if i can spool up at i.e. 2800rpm instead of 3500rpm by lossing 20-50 top whp then i will have the better spool up!
