t3 on a 96f22
I am not up to date on the honda's.I have a 99z28..We are putting a turbo kit on my buddies 96 accord...To start we over changing the head gasket to lower the static compression..Can anyone give me any idea of which cams are productive with this engine..We are changing the springs, but staying with the stock valves for now...We will be cleaning out the intake valve pockets...any help is greatly appreciated...thanks

Not much aftermarket support for the F22.
The stock cam will get you plenty of power (see sig). All the cams I've found are regrinds only.
The compression starts at 8:8 to 1 plenty low for FI. I wouldnt do anything but raise it...not sure why youre changing the gasket size.
