No, they are not water cooled. They do have the 360* Thrust Bearing and have the newer 4 bolt turbine discharge flange!

How much power will the turbo be able handle? Cuz i'm debating between the t3 and a straight t4. Which one would be better for 500+ hsp?

The T3/60-1 with a .82 A/R housing will easily support 500+ whp.

What kind of power are you looking at producing?

Me personally have a t3/t04e turbo but with a an ar of .57, I want to make around 350 or so horsepower and I'm not sure if I will beable to hit this with this particular turbo so i'm thinking of a t3.

Well, the 57 trim compressor wheel in a .60 A/R T04E compressor housing should be able to support 350 whp without any problems. I am assuming you have a .63 A/R T3 turbine housing with a Stage III Turbine. That turbo will support the power you are looking at producing.

That's a straight bolt on for the t3/t4 Revhard tubular manifold right? Also will it be the same price for the .82 a/r? thanks

You won't have full boost until at least 4500-4800 rpms. The .82 A/R housing will be able to support 500 whp.
