T3\T4B turbo replacement help
I have a H22 with the FMAX turbo kit. I'm looking to replace the T3\T4B 57trim .63ar turbo that came with the kit for something with the same physical size, but more HP potential (T3\T4E will hit the motor mount). I don't want to change the manifold or shave the motor mount\engine for a larger sized turbo. What are my options? Thanks

You sure you have an E .57 wheel?
All the H22 Prelude kits I have seen use a T04B H-trim wheel.
But here's the good news: Any E wheel you get can go into a T04B housing. They just have to machine it out a little bit.
Talk to Majestic Turbo (www.majesticturbo.com). Ask for Kevin. Tell him you you just need to stick to the T04B compressor housing. Tell them Mark from Deepstage sent you and he will help with anything you need built. They used to build these for me all the time.

Re: T3\T4B turbo replacement help (MarkC)
Thanks Kevin! Yea, it could be a H trim. I probably got 57 from the T4E I got a few weeks ago - the same turbo I used to find out there is a fitment issue with fmax manifolds and T4E's.

I think the E .57would be a good compressor for you, but looks like the latest thing is to go with HUGE wheels (not my thing). I dont think you can fit a 60-1 into a B housing, but you can fit a "Super" .60 in one.
Just call MAjestic about your power goals and spool-up desires and they will set you up.
