Icon2 T25 or T28BB difference???

Now I have been told that a T25 is a small turbo for my B16A. So if I upgrade my order to the T28 BB, would that help me out in top end power or is a t28 still rather small for a stock b16a (not planning on running more than 8psi)???

Thanks for your help

last summer we turboed my friends 99 ls integra with a t25. Spools very quickly but at 5 grand the power starts dropping... it peaks at around 5 grand and only made 184 whp. not impressive by any means. However, with a big 16g those are good for around 300whp. Also, remember you need a turbo that will make power all the way up to 8grand. Im using a turbonetics. .63 exhaust .60 compressor. I made 274whp last year with this on a stock gsr. (2.5in dp and catback)
