got a to4e brand new its a .48 turbine(exhaust) side and a .50 compresor side(inlet) it going on a bone stock jdm h22 i personally think it is to small and will spool up very fast but will be uneffecient and blow hot air . so the ?????? is what to do should i keep it? should i change the housings to somthing bigger? 
or should i sell it and go with somthing different?make some suggestions please........

I would run it to start... try it out and you can always change the housings.
Also yeah thats a tad small for a lude motor... although I doubt you will get much out of its efficency till you get beyond low boost (10 psi or under is my defination of low).
Whats your goals.
