Switching to Uber - JRSC MAP question
Since I'm making the switch, I'm selling my JR stuff. When I sell the MAP controller, should I keep the adaptor that feeds boost to the sensor, or should I go back to the stock configuration?

keep your map sensor reading from the manifold, not the throttle body. I had an SMC and swithced to UBER, best money I've ever spent.

That little adapter that JR makes for the MAP controller is a nice piece, but you don't need it. Just hook a piece of hose off of the manifold directly to the map sensor. That's how the older Hondas did it. I did that with my JRSC and ran as high as 12 psi with no probs.

But how do I hook up a vacuum hose to the MAP sensor? I'd need some sort of adaptor.
I think I'll just keep the JR piece and sell the MAP controller without it.

You don't need an adapter. The map sensor itself has a nipple on the end. Plug that into a piece of hose. Plug the hose into a nipple on the manifold.
