Don't have a picture for you but on my B18C1 JRSC manifold there is a flat, machined spot on the pasenger side, top of the manifold, above the TB that seems designed for this purpose. I drilled a center hole for the MAP sensor nipple and then scribed the location of the mounting holes with the MAP sensor in place. Then I just drilled the mounting holes and tapped them for 4mm bolts. Works like a charm and looks pratically stock.
Uhhhh, needless to say, don't drill into your intake manifold while its installed on the car or you WILL get metal shavings into the engine. an alternative would be to machine a block of aluminum to mount the MAP sensor to the firewall and just run a regular vacuum line to it. Get creative it's amazing what you can do with a little aluminum bar stock, a drill press, and a few thread taps.
P.S. that picture above shows the spot on the manifold that I was talking about. Now that I remember, It isn't machined but I didn't need that spot to mount the throttle cable bracket so I just filed it as flat as possible using a fine tooth flat file.
