Default switching between turbos???

Alright, here's my problem. I am in the process of putting my turbo kit in my car. I finished all of the plumbing and everything the other day, so all i have left to do is put the manifold/turbo combo on and see if it fires up. My dad thought it'd be a good idea if he took the turbo to try and clock it without me knowing, but the problem with this is that he doesn't know what he's doing. He ended up binding the center section, and breaking some bolts and fins.

Long story short, i'm in need of a turbo. THe turbo that i was going to use was a T3 .42/.48 with an HF manifold and adapter plate. A friend of mine is selling the manifold/turbo/dp off his apexi turbo kit that he only used for a couple months because he's going with a swap. So my question is, what will have to be replaced if i go with the IHI turbo instead of a T3? Plumbing wise? Just for reference, i was using the oil line kit from stealthmode performance.

Also, i'm looking into the convience factor of having the turbo and stuff right here so i can pick it up. I also like the idea of the turbo being BB, and i know it's in good condition. Just looking for differences between the T3 and IHI plumbing, thanks.
