glad to hear it. their customer service is amazing, as you've seen firsthand. that is why I only do business with companies like theirs, they always take care of customers with issues
to people who have or have ordered or are thinking about ordering any supertech product: don't let this deter you. there will alaways be parts that fail, it's just part of the manufacturing game... you can machine and sell 1000 parts and maybe a handful fail, it's nothing unusual. you don't qc every part you machine or make, especially with regards to high mass production numbers... you take a handful of samples over the course of a machine run and test those. it's simply impossible to hand check every single part, especially something as small as a keeper.
the important part is no severe damage occurred because the motor was never ran and supertech said that isn't right and gave him a complete set of new keepers.
