Default Re: Valves, springs, and retainers (lsvtec_power)

what kinda pistons you running?

are there any problems with the current valve train?

are you going for reliability or speed or both hopefully?

lastly if you do upgrade your valve train replace the valve seals as well

If you only have 15k on the valve train and there are no problems with it then leave it alone, but if you got after market pistons and wanna make some power then get some supertech vavle train with aftermarket cams.
