its really a personally preference, constant power (charger) or the bottle when u need it. If uve never sprayed or arnt very use having a bottle around in the car. get a charger, as far as vortech..... not so sure

SPRAY IT!!!
Spray is more adjustable than a supercharger. If you set it up right and be smart with it. it will work fine.

Yep, and it's even a little high for nitrous as well so you'll have to run a very small shot initially and then spend some time on a dyno making sure the air fuel looks good. With that compression ratio it would appear that you built that engine to be NA. Have you decided to look at an alternate route? if so and you really like superchargers, you should drop your compresion down in the 10:1 range at least and I'd go with the ATI Procharger. Far better and safer than the Vortech and makes more power on pump gas.

Thanks ... i have sprayed when i had stock internals with a 75 shot dry kit... So if i do spray direct port... ya know how much i should spray and how much estimate power i would make? i was think about ignition like MSD it all out but i wouldn't make as much power as sprayin or supercharger... I raced my freinds 13.6 350z and only hang with it at top end not really happy and thought it would make more power...

Re: (hahaitzsteven)
You can run 12:1 CR.... It will prolly need some high octane fuel tho.... I wouldnt suggest running a SC with that CR due to the fact that intake temps are going to be through the roof and with that compression... Its all in the tunning is what it boils down too...

Or he could drop his compression down, run a turbo, and blow the procharger or the vorturd away.

Check to see what the smallest jet combinations are and go with them. That'll probably work out to 25hp shot per cylinder for about 100hp boost total in a direct port system. A single fogger nozzle system would be better at no more than a 75 hp setting though (wet kit style).

Re: (tegunderpressure)
It would only be better from the perspective that you can set the system at lower power settings than you can with a standard direct port system, which are typically designed to deliver 100hp shots and up.
If he has a direct port system great, but if not he can save some money and go with a standard wet kit which is also a lot easier to install.
