Default supercharger

can anyone give me an answer on this i have a chance to buy an ati procharger supercharger for my 99 si . it came off of a 1.6 liter 2000 ex. ati only shows they made a charger for the 99-00 si and the 94-01 1.8 gsr. the unit only has 1800 miles on it. also they list for over 4000 bucks i can get this one with an intercooler probably for a grand what do you guys think thanks in advance.

If it came off an EX, it's a completely different unit than what you'd want/need for your Si. First of all, it has a different head flange and probably sits differently since it was built for a D series; whereas, you have a B series. Also, i'd imagine its a smaller blower than what is built for a B series.

tisk tisk schister, i believe he is referring to a centrifugal unit, in which there is no head flange. its probably a 99si or gsr kit modified to fit the D series, thats a great price imo, i would jump on it, you might have to get some new piping, hopefully the main bracket is not hacked up.
