Is there anyone out there with a Vortech running on a B16A2? I have a few questions about tuning one. Or even if you just have one. I know of only one person other than me who has one.

My car started running super rich. I just put a 255lph holley intank pump and have the fuel pressure at 40 psi. I also have an AEM fuel rail and pressure regulator(boost dependent). If you know what can solve the problem and lean it out a bit?
I just got an Apexi VAFC but haven't installed it yet. I just want this damn thing to run
