i have a 2000 honda Civic Si 38k on motor, 10k with the drag 3 turbo..boostin 5psi
after i get onto a free way w/o boosting for 5 minin 5th gear, the car suddenly looses power. The RPM drops back down to idle and it would only rev upto 4-5k rpmand can't put out anny boost or power..i try to throw it in neutral and downshift it but the motor is still powerless. After 30 sec, the motor kicks back in and its normal driving again...
what is going on?

No clue what the problem is, but its happened to me before as well. It only happened a couple times ever since the car has been boosted (about 2 years) and it hasn't happened since I went to a hondata setup.

do u have a v-afc mine did that cuz i had 2 wores mess up look in to that if u have a v-afc

 

Mine did something similar to that when the ignition wire going from the external coil to the distributor started coming loose.
