Can you be anymore vague? Also cars cant run off 3 rpms. Do you know how slow that is? Try atleast to idle at 700 rpm then the car will stay alive.

ok yea the car idles fine but when i put it in first gear and hit around 3000rpms the car loses all its power and rocks back and forth same for everyother gear is that alittle more vague?

Not really but its better then what you started use with. When you go past 3000 does it do the same or does it go away?

yea it stays the same untill i switch the gear then when i put it in the second gear and it hits around 3000rpm it does the same thing and it does the same **** for the rest of the gears, basically i cant get any power from my motor after 3000rpms

check engine light comes on in the guage cluster (orange). If you don't have it, get a timing light and check your timing. Your belt probably skipped a tooth.

you don't need to replace the belt unless the belt is old, or looks worn. If it jumped a tooth, your motor will run like crap. A timing light will tell you if its off or not.

No what you need to do is tell us what you did. Right ECU? Right wiring? Right parts? It wouldnt have hurt to have checked the timing on the engine before you put it in though. Hard to see where the cams are in relation to the cam with it all together. Might want to check and see if at least the cams are lined up with eachother.
