Default successfully tuning an automatic

Has anyone successfully tuned an automatic for boost? Im trying to find out how to do so. Before we put this JRSC on the car (95 integra B18B) we are trying to lay out the tuning options. Hondata keeps stating that they dont support automatic trannys but i dont need trans tuning, i need engine tuning, and the computers are separate. Ive heard of people using the hondata with automatics but i cant find that much information on it. Any help you can provide would be great, people hell bent on posting 5 speed swap need not apply.

Theyre not talking about tuning your automatic transmission. They are talking about tuning your vehicle that has an automatic transmission.
