Default Stupid turbo car

Last night i need a boost run on the high way and afterwards i put my car in neutral to coast and it dies. So i started it back up and it wouldn't idle and if it wasn't in gear it died. I popped the hood and there is oil all over the right side of the engine bay. The dip stick was out like 2 inches and oil came out of my breather too. I put oil back in it and it starts but won't idle, it blows smoke out of the valve cover and sounds like a tractor. By the way its a turbo f22b2 accord. HELP PLEASE.

sounds like you need some good positive crankcase ventilation, that could take a good bit of pressure off your rings which would help your ish last longer! but yeah do a compression test, sounds like motor went bye bye...

I am pretty sure he was refering to the breather catch can setups and not just a box with a tube attached.

Could this be a blown headgasket since the two inside cylinders are really low and the outside ones are ok.

wow i have a f22b2 95 prelude, and the oil dipstick is all floppy and it has a massive gargantuan oil leak from the front crank seal..
mine has the wrong power steering pump on it and the screw is missing from the dipstick assembly,,,
so thats why hopefully, it just dumps oil but doesnt have a problem running
that kinda scares me tho, i may just wanna swap to my f22a1 instead, but i have to buy a bunch of crap just to swap itz.

if it was a headgasket you wouldnt have oil spraying all over the engine bay. cylinders 2 and 3 have the least amount of cooling around them therefore they run hotter and are more prone to detonation. a nice hard pull on the highway on a cool night with less then perfect tune is probably the culprit

Blowing a stock-piston motor shouldn't have any effect on your decision. People blow up built gsr's with crappy tunes too, it doesn't mean the gsr is a bad motor. He just broke the ringlands, which will happen with any stock honda if you get enough detonation from a risky tune.

You are always taking a risk with stock rods/pistons, no question.

what boost was you running, it may have spiked on you.

also, how long have you been running boost on this motor?

how many miles on the engine?

just curious
