Default Studering when car starts

I have a problem that i can't figure out, if anyone has any suggestions. When i start my car my vaccum starts out at around 10 and then after a minute or so it will go down to 20 where its supposed to be. It also starts out idle at 400 and then gradually will build to about a grand. I was wondering if there is anything that i should check for thanks

do this, BYPASS your FMU, run the return from the stock FPR back to the stock fuel return, and start it up.

if the problem goes away, that means, your FMU is sticking and it dumps too much fuel at idle,

if not, try swapping the stock FPR...
