Street value of this car and setup
what would be a reasonable street price for this car.. found a guy that might be selling it...
-92 civic CX hatch
-custom electron blue paint job, still in good condition. no major dents or body damage
-power steering & tilt steering (hatches dont come with that except maybe for the si's)
-power windows..
-37K mile 98 LS engine (legit w/ papers)
-custom T3T4b turbo w/ intercooler and custom piping.
-custom 3" exhaust system
-hondata 2b engine management, tuned to 8psi. - no track times yet..
-AEM fpr, RC's 440's, 255 walbro pump, upgraded front brake rotors, boost, fuel, and oil gauges, clock.
-15" '99 LS rims w/ nitto 450's
-'99 LS cloth seats
-tockio shocks, w/ springs
-some other minor mods also...
I was thinking something in the neighborhood of $9,000-10,000.. what would you pay?

i wouldnt pay anything. personally i would rather fix up a car myself and not buy someone elses work. but anyway, i wouldnt pay much for a raced out car... too many things can go wrong. i know from experience, the car i had right now had toasted internals from nitrous.
well, its modded, so that doesn't really mean its worht all that much more. remember, its still a '92 CX hatcback under all that stuff.
i would likly give him 6k or so for all of it, depending on miles. it is turbo'd, so you really don't know the exact history of the motor.

$7000-$7500 would be a good price to pay for all this considering it is in good condition mechanically. I would definitely ask when the turbo was installed, by who and have a compression and leak down test done if you really want to buy.
