you can street tune...thats what i do. dataloging is a biggie tho...helps a lot. once i have "street tuned" it then i throw it on a dyno and fine tune it.

people have their own ways of doing things obviously but thats what i do.

hoped that helped some what...lol

Considering your stock map sensor wont read past 11 psi your going to need a retune on a different map sensor.... Make sure your "buddy" knows what he is doing.

You can still run more then 10 psi on a stock map sensor. You just have to tune the 10 psi column for 10 and up. I dno't know how much it matters. but i can tell you that i'm not typicaly at 10 psi, if i'm hitting ten, it on its way fast to 15. Either way i've done it for two years now, no issues, and its my track car.

If you have a wideband, then i say go have fun. IF your jsut going to ajust a couple things and call it good, no wideband, then i say NO.

what??? might be a little hard when in 2nd gear all you do is roast the tires off. lol

i "street tune" in 3rd...sometimes have to in 4th due to traction issues.

This is possible, but it is a ghetto method of "tuning"

Well if he knows what he is doing, then go for it. I street tune every car I tune first before I even see the dyno.

same here man...at least you dont have to spend as much time fine tuning on the dyno where it costs money this way.
