Default Strange starting problem

This is my problem - every once in a while I get in my 94 hatch, turn the key, "click". Sounds like a dead battery, but if I bump it 2-4 more times, it turns over and starts.

I've had the battery cheched and its fine, not sure on the alternator (but if it ends up starting, it should be charging). I do a lot of ~10 minute driving to/from work, very few stops, and half the time I'm doing ~80mph. It only started after I tried a stockLS.bin from uberdata (meaning it was untouched by uberdata), and even after cutting the jumper, I still have the problem.

Any ideas? I'd really appreciate any, thanks. If this would be better off in a diff forum, by all means, move it.

edit: somehow I posted in the FI forum...wtf?
