Default Stock or overbore

I have a D16Z6 that is going to be in the process of being built in a couple weeks. My power goal for now is between 300 and 400whp (with a T3/T04E .60 trim, .63ar, stage 3 wheel).

I would really like to stick with the stock bore forged pistons, but I am worried if my cylinder walls are warped or whatnot at all, then basically my pistions would be worthless to me, and I would have to then have it re-bored and get new pistons.

With that said, I'm not so sure I like the idea of boring it .020 over either. D series sleeves arent the strongest thing known to man, and I dont know about taking some off. Even though yes, it is only a half of a millimeter. But on the other hand, this would definatley smooth out any nonsense going on inside the cylinders. Keeping in mind my HP goals, what would be the best option? What about .010 over? I'm getting CP pistons btw.

What's a 'looser'?

And here's a quote from boosted hybrid:
Before I begin this article the shortblock was overbored from 81mm to 81.5mm. Overboring the cylinder walls 0.5mm is proper engine building technique. This is done to ensure that the cylinder wall is a true circle from the top of the bore to the bottom.
