Sleeving Q
NooB engine rebuild Q
If I my B18C6 is bored out to 2 ltr does it need to be sleeved or can I get away without?
What size pistons would I need for this bore and would it have to be custom pistons or can I just get off the shelf larger bore pistons?

I would love to sleeve it but as I'm in the UK, unfortunately the world of FI Hondas is in its infancy here and so there isn't any 'REAL' expertise in sleeving Honda blocks that I can call upon. Any other cars (ie, Evo, GTR etc..) there are PLENTY. So on my side of the pond I don't really have much choice.
i wouldnt try to over bore your stock sleeves that much , youll be asking for trouble. why do you need 2.0 anyway ? you can make more than enuff power on 1.8
i also dont reccommend to over bore a stock boosted more than 81.5mm at max. After you go past that point it will be like paper thin between the cylinders. The stock sleeves are strong to point. I would just try your best to buy a US block and swap it out
You can always add displacement using a stroker crank! That is an easy way to add more ponies to your set-up without sleeving. Crower and Eagle both have nice kits available.
But if you are going turbo, then add some more mm to your bore by sleeving. it is good insurance for you.
