stock fuel pump?
whats the stock pump good to in eg civics?
i have a cut out problem we believe we've narrowed down to the pump. its the original and my cars a 92. if it was in good shape, will a stock pump provide the flow for a car with a tiny turbo (mitsu 14b td04h) on 8 psi? b16
450cc injectors, golden eagle fuel rail, aem adjustable fpr
or could it be the fuel filter being plugged?

Why not just replace the pump anyways? It's a decent piece of mind, so you don't have to worry about the pump dying. 100 bucks and takes 10 mins to replace in an EG.
I ran 9 psi on a t3/t4 on a b16 for a summer before my EF fuel pump starting giving out.

I find it funny that you're running an aftermarket fuel rail and FPR, but still on the stock pump. That's so backwards that its comical. The rail is good for 450+whp, but the pump craps out around 200whp...you should replace it with a <$100 Walbro already

Re: stock fuel pump?
i realize this. i had the rail and fpr because i got them before thinking of forced induction. i got too good a deal to pass up on them. the reason i cant buy the walbro like i'd like is that im graduating and have a long drive to oklahoma (1500 miles about) in a couple days and absolutely no money to spend. i've got a pump from a turbo audi out of a salvage yard and am going to try it tomorrow. 10 buck fix perhaps. flows like a motherf*cker.

Re: stock fuel pump?
If you're making a trip that long, why risk it knowing the fuel pump is going to give out. Like said, the stock pump is good for around 200whp. I don't think the Audi fuel pump will work, have you even found the facts for it, how much it pumps? Which comes to the question... are you even tuned?

I mean you could even get a Xenocron Fuel pump for 60 if you don't have the 100 bucks, if I were you I WOULD NOT take your car on a 1500 mile trip on a stock fuel pump, and I hope to god you are tuned.
When my stock pump went out, it was terrible. There were no signs it just bucked and quit on me.
