fuel pump question?

Default fuel pump question?

I plan to run 8lbs of boost on my b16 soon and i wanted to know if a walbro 195 will do the job or do i need the bigger 255?

your stock pump would be fine, but I'd get the 255 cause down the road, you'll probably wanna turn up the boost

you can't just upgrade your pump without upgrading the regulator, fuel rail and injectors. Even if you get a pump and turn up the fuel pressure with an adjustable regulator, it will cause the injectors to drip, not spray. The key to good combustion is good atomization of fuel. You should also probably get the 255 lph pump after you have upgraded the rest of your fuel system so that your pump would be able to put out good fuel pressure without making the pump work at maximum load. The stock pump would probably crap out on you if it worked to hard for too long.
