What are you using to tune the car?

Not to be a dick but maybe you should get rid of your tuner

I agree, lol. I've used NGK blue spark plug wires up to 620whp with ZERO problems. Also, the plugs you have are fine. They are a bit gapped on the tight side though, try a .024". It will most likely not help you though.

Do you have a dyno chart of the tune with a/f readings? We'll be able to see how good of a job the tuner did. In my opinion it's either tune related or possibly your ignitor/dizzy.

the tuner has successfully tuned many cars that i still know are running today...several are my friends...im probably going to get flammed for this but its only a street tune...he said the car still shouldnt break up like that though....
his advice was to do the plugs and wires take it out and see if it breaks up...if it doesnt then he told us to head to the dyno...did plugs and wires and still breaking

It could be dizzy. Post up your .bin file and I'll take a look at it for you.

Or ignitor as I had this problem (breaking up) and about 200-300 miles later, the ignitor died completely. Just a thought.

That is what I was going to say.

It is kinda funny how everyone always suspects the tuner right away.
