I heard from a little birdie that some suppliers wont do business with him anymore and that WSL fucked him real good too.

I guess what goes around comes around.
I thinkits funny he wont respond to any of them.

STICK WITH THE KNOWN SUPPLIERS OF HT !!

EVASIVE MOTORSPORTS< EARL< CAMP1320.com ( hes not on HT as much anymore cuz overwhelming locals but hes still a great supplier to my friends and i), LOVEFAB< FULLRACE<MRHEELTOE< PHOENIXTURBO< and many more suppliers out there.

*cough* including me... i've been supplying HT for 2 years now and you guys see any complaints?*cough* <!~~ you like that plug?

i would consider ourselves as HT all stars. we've been in this game for a long time and you've always seen nothing but great reviews.

stick with the OG's... the tried and true..

We have been doing business for 53 years so we are fairly well established. Alot of these small companies that offer dirt cheap prices simply do not have ability to manage themselves as they sell so cheap they get overwhelmed. Then they can't keep up and don't hire more help and the customer gets the brunt of it.

Ask for a photo of the vendor's facility before you buy. How many places actually post a photo on their website?

definatley, through your catalog i can see you guys are a big company. a compnay that can afford to give out a shitload of catalog booklets !!

in the future i can only see you guys to be big. kinda like

what summit racing is to the Domestic community

Tunerschoice will be to the import community.

HEHEHE ITR206 i guess my assumption was correct ehh ? reading the WSL threads i saw it only as a matter of time his suppliers saw how he really wheel n dealed

that's a impressive facility. I too got your catalog and was unfamiliar with the name.

In all fairness, STHperformnace can't be compared to wsl because he hasn't taken peoples' money and left them with nothing

Mr. Wilson, I am working on trying to find out where your Spring is. If worse come to worse i will just go ahead and order another one from different place. Should know by tomarrow.

Mr. Hernandez, I see you've got your turbo and you are stating there is some kind of damage? To fix that you can file claim with UPS.

We "Sthperformance" wrapped up the accounts I had for parts and are no longer in business. It was not because "Our Supplier's Dropped Me". I am just pursuing other career objectives.

Sorry i was not able to please everyones demands the way they think they've should have wanted.

MR. Wilson, U will be receiving an email by me tonight or tomorrow evening sir.

I'm Out

That is the problem right there...... I hope that his next career doesn't involve typing or proper spelling. This guy just seriously lacks communication skills.

I've said it once, Say it again.
WSL is just a curse of Motormatrix.

Smart comments came back to bite you huh scott?

Now that your out of business. Maybe you owe Ross, Tom, Alex, Ben, Ken and the rest of the top notch guys an apology.

You know what im talking about.. Going into people's threads, stealing there sales by whoring items out.

Phil.. Part cost $500.. Sells $530.. he is in the negative kind sir..

Here is what happens when you have no clue on business. (not you phil, talking about sth, your manifolds roxors )

Sells for $530 cause he wants to undercut Phoenixturbo on a GT35R.

$530 - 3% paypal (cause he could never get a real gateway, thats too complicated)
$514.10.

Shipping is free, the dizzy does $500 shipped.

Net profit $15.90.

Thats not even worth the hassle of having a thread with someone bashing your company name. So you gotta guy who has the wrong turbocharger, oh let me hit him with a all sales final because its gonna take me 10 more sales to make $100 bucks.

Now that I am on my own, I have been learning alot from the guys from import parts, lightning, tunerschoice, phoenixturbo (daily, thanks ken) prostreetonline (whos site i envy so much.)

While I know some of you are on a tight budget where every dollar counts, look for the guys like AF-Performance, Boostfed people who can afford to give you a good price, yet still offer you a great service. If not dish out the cash and go with the phoenixturbos and so forth.

ahhh yess .. simple mathematics RoXors !!

i figured thats what he did to ***** out parts. when you do that you cant even cover you cost if you **** up. thats some bull ****.

theres been times i refunded something and i lost money but hey thats part of business. But if you **** up THAT often...... i'd raise the price up a lil bit to cover my own ***.

You nailed it phil. In any business there are going to be times you are going to lose or just break even. It happens.

Happened with yourself and I on that one order I paid you for a couple weeks ago remember. Didnt make any profit on it, but the customer was happy and you made yourself a sale

YES!!!! I have to say that this last month's sales were about 60% repeat customers and also CUSTOMERS that were REFERRED from previous Transactions! I will always be up front and 100% honest about every transaction I make, everyone makes mistakes BUT the good guys will never SCREW ANYONE OVER!!! I would rather lose money than to get a BAD REP!!! Something I have learned in Business, every happy customer tells MAYBE 1-2 people about their experience, an unhappy customer tells 6-7 people. This is a Statistic that has been proven! Now take the 6-7 UNHAPPY customers or experiences and MULTIPLY that by 1000 or 10,0000 or 1 MILLION on the internet depending on the size of the ONLINE COMMUNITY!! It ain't worth lying to customers or screwing them over.

Once you get a bad rep, its there forever, especially in this world of wildfire internet.
