this guy was suposse to send my a super 60g wich he charge a lot for it and then tells me its brocken and he needs to get another one i waited like a week and nothing.Well the thing is i told him a wanted my money back and this was on monday and he tells me his refund me on friday cause he waiting on some funds to post on his paypal account well today is friday and i find out he gave me tracking number for a turbo that i dont want and i need my money back and his not responding. Please guys help me out here its 611 dollars that im loosing.

 

Nice to see someone from Eglin. I'm working Bldg 285 on Eglin right now. Anyways what do you want us to do to help you out? It appears they are a reputable company and you did order the turbo and you are receiving it. I would check with their returns policy cause most places once you place the order the part is yours because they don't stock items and have to order them for you.

 

At least it's not $1,010.00

It seems he can give the deals, but the customer relations and willingness to fix problems isnt there.

I can bet the turbo was just delayed from the dist and he used the breaking as a coverup. One way to tell is from the packing slip and tracking. if its not coming from PA, then he gets them drop shipped and then it was prob just an excuse to buy some time on it. Its shitty, but people do it.

Good luck, but you hold no grounds to do anything now that he shipped it out. He wont take it back Im sure.

ontario ca and its ground and payed him for next day so mess that up too and i really dont want it anyways and the company was fun to collect

 

i got my refund from him thankfully... if he was to dick me i was gonna drive to pa and beat the living **** out of him.. he bull ****** me for monthsssssss

That is proof it wasnt broken. He doesn't get the stuff in hand. He doesnt stock stuff. It gets drop shipped from his distributors.
I dont see why people have such a problem telling their customers, hey Im waiting on my dist to send it out. Should be sent out X day. Ill send you a tracking number as soon as I can.
They try and hide it like they own a shop and carry **** and IN stock and ready to ship ****.

What brand of turbo was it?
Turbonetics is in San Bernadino, Ca
Precision is in Henbron, IN
Garrett i dont know where it is, But I know he cant afford to go direct with them.

So I know it didnt come from the manufacturer direct

 

And to think I was actually considering parts from this guy
obviously he does not have a reputable company and does not stand behind his word

I don't know, i ordered a turbo from him and it came from PA. I had no problems.

 

If he provides the shipping account (which he would) then it will "come" from his adress, even if drop shipped.

 

i dont want the turbo period i want my money back

 

what the **** is a super 60g anyway... ive heard of a 25g and that is it

actually no, ive bought stuff from him and when its drop shiped, i just saw a box in front of my door with no adress or anithing(i thought bomb!! )

I think he is talking about the common DSM turbo the Super 16G which is a modified 16G turbo:

Never heard of a Super 60g, and I checked the Garret site.

 

I almost bought one from him but I went with boostfed instead.... STH told me he stocks his stuff

 

I can tell you now he doesnt stock much of anything if anything at all.
Nor do many of these people on this site that say they do.
He lives at home with his parents and does this on the side to make some loot from what I know of the situation. No storefront, just gets somewhat decent deals on **** thru people like Viren

On the other and this post he give mostly the same reason as why he didnt have the item shipped out, i order a turbo from him and he also give me the same reason.. how could every turbo that he *Have* have problem LOL... Ill never order form there again...

 

thats why you guys should stick with REPUTABLE, WELL KNOWN BUSINESS'S....... quit trying to save a ******* buck going with some "no-name shop"

Just to add to this wonderful seller, heres my story.....
Ordered tial 44mm wastegate, was suposed to be silver like in the following pic, all in picture was included (I was told) the only difference was it had a .8 bar spring in it. here is the thread i got it from, look at the picture and tell me if there is an inlet flange in the pic for the wastegate Hint- it's inside the larger v-band clamp. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1307337 ....asked for trackign number. Ok so i went with the black. Wait a minute, he said he shipped it two days ago wtf? ok oh well it's on the way, he's from pa so it should only take a day. 1 week goes by and it shows up, cool. What it came from texas? after he said he just got in a shipment and silver wasn't on it? Oh well right? well if he didn't even have the things in stock why couldnt he have gotten me silver from his supplier? and that isn't even the good part...it didn't come with the flange for the inlet, the one that goes on the manifold after I was told that it did. Talked to him about it and he said what does the box say that it is suposed to come with...ha ha, it didn't even come in a tial box and I had to take it apart to make sure what spring was in it...it's been a month now and still no flange, he doesn't respond to much of anything, pm, aim, e-mail. Tried to be nice and keep it not so public but guess what I GOT SCREWED! didn't get the color I ordered and didn't get the flanges that were suposed to come with it. Maybe this kid can get on here and straiten some of this stuff out before he gets banned?
Either way I still need a flange
never buy from him again, first and last time.
