Default Stalls while driving HELP!

So for about 3 months my car has been driving fine. No problems. Just last week I was driving and the car stalls. So i pull off and try to start and it won't start. 15 minutes later i try and startrs right up. This happened a few times real spratic and while im driving. Just last night i Was on my way home frome work and it did it again. I pulled a wire and grounded it to check for spark. The first crank didn't start no spark the "bam" spark and started.

I searched and searched and tried and tested (map, tps, Iacv and all grounds) No luck. Here is my current setup

d16z6 turbo
Msd External coil
Voltage clamp on map sensor
255lph Fuel pump
12:1 vortech fmu

Again, everything was fine for 3 months. PLEASE HELP!

As the previous guys stated to check the coil or could be ignitor...I had same problem not to long ago and it was my coil that went out on me.

BUt why sparaticly? The ignitor or coil doesn't just go bad? Also could it have something to do with the external coil? I am going this weeekend to get a new ignitor just wondering if i should buy a new external coil too. Thanks for your help guys.

And what did u mean buy the main relay?

Try replacing the ignitor. They do wacky things when heat cycled.
