I can get both free at my dad's work so which would be better since price is not an issue.

i know galvanized steel is a bitch to mig weld. at least with a little 110v

if your getting it for free why not take stainless... unless you can't find someone to weld stainless.

galvanized is a bitch to weld but you can always grind them down when your done.

he cant get any bends though, they are all strait will that be a bitch to mark up and cut and then weld it?

when you weld galvanized steel your gonna need to coat it anyways since your going to burn off the coating. just get the stainless.

I don't see how you're going to fab the piping without any bends.

yea... def going to need bends. Unless you want to make 1000 welds and have inefficient piping.

damnit, yeah. can local muffler shop make bends on my striat piping?

any muffler shop with a mandrel bender. In your case, i would reccomend taking them the car and the piping and say here, bend this pipe fromt the turbo to intercooler, then from the intercooler to the TB. Then have them weld it up, if they cant weld stainless, just make em tack it, then get it welded.

does it really? So thats why i threw up a lung afterwards....

your not supposed to weld on galvanized unless you grind it all off. that **** will kill you fast. one of the first things you learn in welding class.
