stage 2 cams?

Default stage 2 cams?

i have satge 2 skunk2 cams in my ls-v turbo
i was told tht those cams r two big 4 turbo tht it would blow my motor
is this true would they blow my motor? would it run better on stock cams??

You will be fine i ran Pro 1's for 20k miles and no problems.

That depends on which turbo he's using. Pro 1s work best with LARGER framed turbos 61mm and above. Otherwise, there's no realy point.

pro 1's a great for turbo, as well as type r's....stage 2 are more for n/a with the lift and duration they have and are too aggressive. the vtec crossover would probably be non existant. its not like you'll blow your motor or anything, but in my opinion, you wont get the most out of the tune

I run the skunk2 tuner 2 cams and made almost 60hp more then type r cams on the same boost..T/3 T67 turbo

I have some Skunk2 tuner 2 cams as well & I will be running a Skunk2 Pro series intake manifold, 550cc injectors, a custom ramhorn mani, 9:1 CR pistons, water-methanol injection, a Garrett t3 60-1 turbo with stage 3 backwheel & I have been told that the tuner 2's will not be ideal also. So now I'm stuck with my tuner 2's. I was told to get Skunk2 tuner 1 camshafts or ITR/CTR camshafts

I have skunk pro 2's in my car. I am also running a large turbo though. they work alot better then stock.
