Well there's really nothing to grease up on the slave cylinder besides the contact point it makes with the clutch fork. Try flushing out all the fluid in the clutch line and the clutch master cylinder. Sometimes dirt or really old fluid can cause a squeaking sound when you apply pressure through it. If that doesn't do it, i'd bet my money on the t/o bearing.

Im tellin ya, grease all the moving parts under the dash, and also lube up any moving parts in the slave cylinder. Peel the boot back and play with it, you'll see what I mean. Lube up as much as you can under there with lithium grease, wd40, silicone spray...whatever you can get in there.

Thats the first thing to do...your problems may be solved easily.

yup, greese the slave cylinder first. I had the same problem. I work at a GM dealer and we have a very experienced trans tech. He said it's my pressure plate. It was.

i had the same problem, drove me nuts, i sprayed some lube and the sound went away a few days later, but then i had trouble with the release point on my clutch, i had to keep adjusting the release adjusting ****, found out it was my clucth cable that was stretching and had to be replaced, i dont know if those two things were related

I have a ACT 6 puck and xtreme PP and mine did the same thing. Now its even worse b/c my clutch engagement point is really high. My clutch master cylinder is leaking too (very little, but I see it seeping behind the clutch pedal). Is my clutch going bad, is it my slave cylinder, or is it my throwout bearing. I need help on this one b/c I cant figure out what the deal is. I just hope its nothing major....

A common overlooked spot is the pivot point of the clutch fork. Squeeks and chirps and yells like to come from there!

I have the same problem so I called the dealer about the problem, they said it could come from two places either by the pedals or by the transmission and they charge 36.00 dollars to lube everthing up including other misc. parts around the car. He also said all this is lubed up when you take your car in for the 30K maintanence and 60K and so on. I have taken in my car for the 30K maintanence and so I might try to get this service free. A lazy tech. probably worked on my car.
I'll let you know what happened.
