The dealer will fix it under warranty. The service rep told me they had to drop the tranny to get to the problem so I asked about installing a Comptech flywheel while they had the tranny off. He said sure all I had to pay for was the part, labor free of charge since the tranny was off due to warranty. Free flywheel install yay! Too bad I was too poor to get a clutch upgrade at the time too.
If youre under warranty they definitely should take care of it!
First thing would be to check the pedal and lubricate all the moving parts. Get under the dash and start sprayin like a madman
Next, pull back the boot on the slave cylinder on the front of the tranny, and lube that up real well. If you cant get in there, take a knife and poke a small hole in the rubber and stick the straw tip (if you have one) on a WD40 type spray and lube that SOB up. It should then go away...

Here's the info of the day!! Definately try above...
***NOTE: the rubbe boot covering part of the slave cylinder pulls out & can easily be put back in ($5 says it's COMPLETELY dry!)-- just pull it out of the tranny, then recoat your slave cylinder ball joint connection with high-temp grease. You're squeaking will most likely be gone. You shouldn't need to drop the tranny for this one.
