what would cause sputtering. my car sputters between 3k and 4k. i changed the wires and plugs but never shot timing yet. do you think it is the timing. please post your opinions

oh yeah i got a d16z6 with drag turbo kit

 

Are you throwing any codes?
I would check your spark plugs are they gapped correctly?
Run a higher octane and clean your fuel system
possibly a vacumm leak????
It could be your timing, how many miles?
