Anyone have the FAST technologies DATA LOGGER for the speed pro yet.. Does anyone have the windows based software yet?
I should be ordering the datalogger this week so i dont have to keep the laptop in the car while racing.

b18bturbo..
I have c-com wp or the better known as the windows platform. I just recently got it a week ago. Quite honestly it just looks prettier, but it is really the same as the dos based. I find it easier to navigate better with the dos based than the windows. But on the flip side of that, with the windows version you can datalog up to 30 min instead of the 30 sec of dos version and you can datalog upto 14 sensors instead of 8 at once. But I never had a problem with that anyways as the 1320 didnt last that long anyway! I was thinking about the datalogger but I decided to build a permant box that secures the laptop padded with 2" foam on all four sides and on the floor to absorb the harshness of drag racing on both my street car and our all motor race car. I also have an inverter securely mounted to make sure the damned laptop never runs out of juice. It works like a charm and looks great!
Speed Pro was sold to COMP CAMS hence the name change to FAST (fuel air spark technologies) but the support and products are still there.

Re: Speedpro (b18bturbo)
I did some beta testing for the windows platform. Overall the software is nice, but like someone else said before the dos is easier to navigate. Another thing is that the windows software is a lot more hardware intensive on the laptop, and you need a fairly powerful one in comparison to the dos. The best feature of the windows software is the ability to edit the v/e charts without the datalogging overlay function disappearing on you. This makes tuning even simpler than before.
Another kool thing they recently came out with is the eDist system that basically gives the Speed Pro distributorless ignition.
